I Wayan Sunarga (Sonny)
He has been in the hospitality industry for more than 31 years and he officially joined of his career at one of the leading Indonesian Luxury 5 star hotel “ Bali Padma Legian”in 1991.
During the course of time his building up his carreer from one to another 5 star hotel in various Managerial Position , this including five years in Maya Ubud Resort in Room Department, Kayumanis Ubud Private vila as Room Division Manager almost five years, He took 1st challenge as General Manager at Y Resort Umalas 2 years, then continue at Le Jardin Villa under Avilla Management for 3 consecutive years before he finally took another challenge to Lead the Pre Opening of Adiwana Resort Jembawan as a Cluster General Manager as he manages 2 properties within the same group both are located in Ubud. During his tenure he also deployed as a task force to lead the Pre Opening Team at several properties under the management of Adiwana Hotels and Resort.
Before he resigned his last post as General Manager at Amatara Royal Ganesha from the beginning acquisition by Adiwana Hotels and Resort.
In February 2022 Since then He focus to grow the “ Aswanaya Experience” in Business Development area.
I Putu Budi Susanta (Budi)
Start his career in 1990 at International chain ”Bali Hilton International” and holding up various Managerial Position at Front Office and Sales & Marketing division. After rebranding he continues his career at this 5 star hotel “Ayodya Resort Bali” and holding his last position as a Director of Sales.
In year 2012 he took up a challenge to lead Pre Opening team of Alaya Resort Ubud as a Corporate General Manager. After 3 years of successful achievement he took up another challenge to lead Pre opening Team again in Ubud Village Hotels group as a Corporate General Manager overseeing One villa and 2 hotels and holding the same position for 5 years and 8 month before he moved to One successful Local Management in Bali “Adiwana Hotels and Resort”” as A Director of Business Development.
And as of November 2021 he officially joint “Aswanaya Experience” and responsible for Sales and Marketing.
I Komang Darwin Wibawa (Darwin)
Starting his career in year 1997 once he graduated from Tourism College as FB Supervisor at Ernys Cafe & Restaurant for 2 years only before he finally decided to switch his career part in operational field.
His 1st position was as Asst. Front Office Manager at Ubud Village Hotel. After 10 successful years he then continues to took up another challenge at some properties. His strong background I operational brought him to take up similar role in some properties before he became General Manager at Batubelig Hotels. His skill in operation did not halt him to learn other subject such as an e-commerce and digital thing. A combination of operational and E-commerce then bring him to join the Revenue Management at Aswanaya Experience to post as a Revenue Development.
